Seemingly far removed, both these things are of the earth: one living on wood, the other making a living with wood. In designing these socks, TSH + Lauren Ayers wanted to expose connections between modern society and nature. Also, by using and rearranging simple shapes found in nature, these socks recognize the connection between our world and the world.
